If you are like most people, you have recently reflected on the past year and toyed with a resolution or two as a means of improving your life. The Great News is -- Today is Jan 2rd 2009 -- Happy New Year! You have a clean slate! Now is the time to start making 2009 a happier, healthier and more prosperous New year. I write this Blog now, because we know that most people do not make their desired changes. It's predictable, within a few weeks their emotional charge dims and people feel unable or unwilling to keep the promises that they made to themselves- Just like last year and the year before, etc., etc. Recognize the pattern?
